If you only sell your products to Croatian companies, you are not subject to EPR obligations and do not need to appoint an authorized representative for your company in Croatia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>I sell products via a sales portal. Do I need to appoint an authorized representative in Croatia?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Yes<\/strong>.
